Water Leak?

I am having trouble with an accurate reading on my black water tank just like
many others on this forum. My motorhome is kept at my work so I fired up the
Aquahot and decided to use that hot water to flush the tank. In the plumbing bay
the coach has a faucet and I ran a short hose from the faucet to the black flush
fitting. I turned the faucet on and opened the black drain valve and let the hot
water run for about 45 minutes. As I turned the systems off I noticed water
running out under the coach onto the ground.I turned the water supply off as
water kept dripping and went inside the coach. There was a small amount of water
on the tile in front of the dish washer. I tore half the coach apart including
pulling the dishwasher out to look behind. I have no idea were it came from. I
let everything dry and then turned the water to the coach back on. Started
flushing the black tank again with cold water only and everything seemed fine.
For some reason I believe that running that very hot water thru the tank for so
long did something to cause the leak but I can't figure what. Could it have come
boiled out a vacuum break?
Any thoughts?

It does sound like the leak could have been at a vacuum breaker valve. The tank washout plumbing circuit should have a vacuum breaker in the line.

Last summer I had a SeeLevel system put in my coach and now reading my black tank has become an exact thing.
