Water pressure - electronic switch problem?
We've been renovating a 2000 Magna we purchased 3 months ago. Just getting around to filling fresh water and lo and behold, we have no water pressure. Water pump works and air is forced when opening faucets but no water. Took the water filter, a Hydra Life HL 200, out and it was filled with orange gunk. Haven't replaced it yet but left it out and still no water pressure. I did call the folks at Hydra Life and they said it wouldn't have anything to do with my problem of no pressure.
So it seems like it must be in the electronic switches. I've tried the switch inside the unit on the overhead panel but it doesn't make a difference in pressure. So I'm looking in the plumbing bay at what I assume are the switch units. Does anyone know it they can be removed and serviced or do they have to be replaced? I assume some of the orange gunk got into the system. The space to access them is so tight I don't know how I'm going to remove them.
