Water surge with pump

We've noticed quite a bit of surging in water flow when using the FW tank and Flojet pump. Much to my surprise, this coach does not have a surge tank or pressurized reservoir like I had on the Journey.

Is the surging normal for others with similar set up? Have any of you CC owners added a small reservoir to the system?

We haven't had any surging, but the pump will come on and shut off depending on water demand. Our old pump really did not provide sufficient water flow so last week we had Country Coach install a higher flow pump, and it works great. We have a nice, steady flow of water, and there is no surge tank in the system.

No surges in our old rig, old pump with no surge tank that I am aware of.

Pump is becoming noisy though. Perhaps a new one on the horizon.
