For this, I would go to Oregon Motorcoach. You could go to the Cummins Coach Care but you will for sure pay more.

I think you might be speaking of Brian Schack @ brianschack1@hotmail.com. We are headed for service with him next week.

I would recommend Premier RV Services (their techs were on the original build staff), (tell them I (Arne Bonilla) sent you) they know the Country Coack intimately.

Just completed service at OMC. I can't tell you how great these folks are. Had all seals replaced on both slides, a squeak which has plagued us since new fixed in 15 minutes which CC couldn't find repeated times under warranty, and some other nit picking items done. All under the original estimate for seals alone. The experience level of the folks there is unsurpassed. Most have 25-35 years experience working on Motorhomes and Country Coaches specifically. There are many places which have ex or previous CC techs, but for my money, OMC is THE place to have ANY coach worked on. While here, a NEWELL Coach, a 2017 Foretravel, Allegro Bus and various Monaco coaches were serviced both on a T&M and Warranty basis.

In addition to the excellent service the fact is they are just plain NICE people and a pleasure to work with. Each and every one there will take the time to answer your questions or explain how a feature or system does or should work.

Strongly recommend OMC for anything you need done.
