which allison is in a 2005 allure with 400 ISL

I need to know the Allison transmission model in my 05 allure 470 with the Cummins 400 ISL engine. I don't have a manual on the engine or the transmission. I want to see if I have any error code.
Yesterday after stopping to fill up, the transmission would not engage in D or R. The gear indicator light would change but it flashed continually at about two times per second. I restarted the engine twice and then it went into gear with no further failure in 200 miles. I want to check the codes.
Thanks

I could be wrong, but I think the ISL is usually paired with an Allison 3000 series transmission. I don't think the 4000 is used until you get to the ISX-class of engine.

On your Serial Number ID list on the inside of the medicine cabinet there should be a transmission serial number listed.

Punch it in here... Allison S/N lookup

You have a 3000MH.

Have a similar issue with a 2500 transmission, currently at the shop and they think it is the shift motor on the trans. Sound right?

I went through the error interface to check the oil level and found it was good. I then checked the codes and found a code d1 22 14. which I think meant it was 22 14.
Which means a speed sensor connection. What I don't know is if this is a wheel sensor or the speed sensor on the transmission output shaft. Where can i find more info on this code?
Thanks for the help identifying the transmission.
I looked on the build list and found the transmission serial number 651 051 5164
