Window awnings won't extend

I have a 2006 country coach magna 630 with power window awnings. They are on remote and only one today will open and close. Early this week they all would extend but one was a long time retracting. I had to reset the 12v disconnect a couple times and let it set and finally it retracted. I don't know if that was what made it work or not. I'am not sure of the brand as I have no manual on the awnings. There is a large letter B on the end cap of one and in small letters is printed "Brewster" , never heard of this so don't know. Does anyone know where the remote controller is in the coach? I have looked in the overhead behind the net pockets where a lot of the wiring is run {both driver and passenger} and all I see is the Rti remote controller box. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Google is one of my best friends. Build sheet should have info on what you have. Don't think it has anything to do with it but check batteries in the remote, don't ask how I know this.

On our '09 they are Girard awnings. We have two controls, the remote one and the one over the passenger. So far I haven't had any trouble with them so I can't really help you.
