Air horns are notorious for not working of not used for long periods of time. While you have someone holding down the horn button, check to be sure you have voltage at the air valve solenoid. It should be on the front firewall or driver's side compartment. If you have voltage at the solenoid, rap the valve with a small hammer and it will probably work. They get stuck from non use and possible moisture in the line. Try it a few times and use them periodically to keep them working. If you do not have any voltage let us know and we will try to help in that area.
