Xantrex Freedom 458 Cooling Fan Question

Okay you technical electrical Wizards: Has anyone replaced the cooling fan in their Freedom 458 inverter? Do you know what model it is and where I can get one for my 3000 watter? I am assuming it is the thermostatic fan itself that is the problem since the inverter functions perfectly other than when under a heavy charge, at which point it goes into an EO3 over heat mode temporarily. If I reduce the charge level below 40 amps, no overheat. I examined it and found that under charge load, the cooling fan is making a few slow revolutions, then stopping and so on. It appears that the fan may just have worn out after years. I assume this indicates a bad fan? Or could it be something else like a board? Is the thermostat part of the fan?

Contact these folks......they know Inverters and cooling fans

I think your 458 model fan is riveted in so you will have to drill them out and is AC powered.
