Joe, how have you been? Sorry I can't help with the light lens issue, other than, ask if you are able to know of the mfg and contacted them?

Your lens is from a Ford van. Just go to the local junkyard and get one. The pickup trucks are different. I think Excursion will work too.
At least that is what mine are.
The Newmar Essex uses two sets of Chevy Trailblazer lights with one set upside down.

I went to my local NAPA auto parts store.In there book,it showed 2001 TS tail lite is a 1992
to 1994 Ford Van tail lite. Ordered it ,and will be delivered Monday.
