Our TS 2004 DSO4 motorhome backup camera just lost the picture and now shows three broad bands on the monitor. The top band is white, the middle one is black and the bottom band is gray. My coach documentation does not include anything for the monitor. I pulled the instrument panel and the back of the monitor has a label that sayes LCD 7T, but there is no manufacturer's name. Does anyone know who the manufacturer might be, and does anyone know how to determine whether the problem is in the camera or in the monitor? It has been working without problems for 6 years before this failure. I tried resetting all of the connectors that I could find, and that did not solve the problem.
Any information is appreciated.

The system is a weldex. The first thing you need to do is cut all the connectors off and solder each wire together then take a #8 stranded wire directley from the 12v dc buss main the plus side of the weldex main unit.that should take care of it.

It turned out that our backup camera system is not a Weldex. That system apparently was installed after 2004. The advice that we got was to use a video cable and connect a DVD player to the monitor in the dash and see if it works. (It did), and to use the video cable to hook the backup camera to the video input on a TV to see if the camera works.(It did not). If the camera and the monitor both had worked in this test, it would leave the connections and cable as the problem. By replacing the camera, we should be back in business. The replacement camera is Accele electronics, model WPLX296R. This is a color, reverse image CCD camera. We thank everyone for your help.
