We are looking at a 2006 Travel Supreme - Travel Supreme 42DS04.

What can you tell me about this model: Good points - Cautions?

Handling in windy areas? Where can you get service?

Thanks,
Tom

Tom, I have friends with your coach and other than the normal RV-related problems, have experienced very good results. I wouldn't be concerned with service-there are 3 that I know of in the Elkhart area who are run by former TS techs, so they can do most anything. As for wind, I know my 45 ft. rig is waaaay better than my old 39 ft. single rear axle MH. That extra axle does a lot to stabilize it during high winds and when trucks pass you. It's a very well-built coach and I know you'll love it.

Tom, I have a 2005 42DSo4 and we love it. We had a 2003 TS (two axle) and moved into the three axle. Stability in general is much improved. About the only significant problem we had was with the windshield cracking. We had to strengthen the support at the center of the two windshields. Weight carrying capability with the three axles is no problem but was a problem in our 2003.

Bob
