2016 Redhawk 26xd Television Question

I know there is a post or two about rewiring the switch in the overhead bunk area to allow use of the TV while driving but I can't find it can anyone help me?

"Grumpys" advice in the post is correct. I have a 2017 Redhawk 26XD. Pulled the panel with the outlet, cut the purple wire and now the outlet is hot with the engine running.
