Cabin Door Problem

I have a 2017 Redhawk 26xd and am having issues with a bad squeak on the cabin door. When we took a test drive the door started making a bad squeak--not talking about the usual rattle, this would drive you batty. The dealer took it back to shop and did something (probably just lots of silicon grease) but it stopped the squeak. However, it is coming back. Almost sounds like metal rubbing on metal. My dealer is 3 hours away and I'm hoping to figure out the cause and not put a bandaid on it.
Has anyone else had this issue with their door? If so, what did you figure out was causing it and what did you do to fix it?

I carry chain and cable lube, works wonders and last a long time between application's.

My 2006 Jayco 33SS did the same thing.
I put a coat of Meguires car wax around the frame AND on the rubber seal.
Did NOT wipe it off. = NO SQUEEKS for about 3 months and 4K miles.
