Dash 12V outlets not working

On my 2015 precept 31UL both of the dash 12v outlet have no power. I checked the fuses at the power box fuse #22 20 amp and the fuse under dash that feeds the 12v and both are good. Where else do I need to check? Do these sockets go bad? I will have to pull the wires on the back of the socket and see if there is 12v at the wires.

Dbrown57-

Might be worth a call to Jayco, in case they know how the sockets are wired.

My Monaco 12 volt dash outlet gets it's power from the coach batteries, not the engine battery.

Don't know if yours is like that or not.

I will have to check the coach fuses under the bed. Good idea.

I did check under the bed fuse location and nothing there. I did ask Jayco they said they are not part of the Precept build so they are part of the chassis. Not sure where else to look.

Dbrown57-

Hmm... interesting. The Ford F-53 chassis arrives at the coach builder without 12V "cigar lighter" sockets. It leaves the coach builder with 12V "cigar lighter" sockets. Therefore, the coach builder should know how they are wired.

Did you pull the sockets and look for 12V on the contacts?

Did you test for 12V at fuse 22 in the Ford fuse box under the hood?

I have not checked for 12v at the sockets yet. That is next on my list.

Had the same issue with our Redhawk. No power to the sockets or the usb port on the dash. Added it to our list for warranty repair at the one year visit to the dealer. They fixed it. Said wires or harness were disconnected under the dash. Worked for awhile but now nonfunctional again. Will be repairing it myself this time. Will report results.
