Driving into cold weather

I will be driving my 2015 Precept 35 UP to Minnesota and back just before thanksgiving
What should I do to prevent anything from freezing up

Essentially draining all tanks, filters and the water heater, either blowing out the pipes or pumping RV antifreeze into the fresh water lines, and pouring more antifreeze down the drains to protect the traps and tanks. I'd plan on carrying gallon jugs of water to brush teeth and flush toilets with (adding more antifreeze to the drains off and on) and leave the coach winterized for the trip, since you never know when the temperature will drop below freezing.

We have a similar trip planned out of Chicago for the Christmas Holidays. Should be no problem if you have everything prepared.
