info needed on Greyhawk, please

Hi y'all
I have been "lurking" for about a year, reading and learning as much as possible (tuff job for a ol lady)
PPL Houston has a 2013 Greyhawk 31 FK for $36995.00
Would love to have your thoughts on this MH. What do you think of the price?

What did I do wrong? no one is responding - new at this posting stuff
I'll give more info, will that help?

This will be my 1st MH & I will be full-timing in it. I'll be solo so I want to be as trouble free as possible. I know there will be maintenance and things will need replacing.

I'm thinking 2013 would be a good year, before Jayco was bought but not too old. I feel like the new ones are not the way to go, too many issues.

Wondering how's the quality, does it have a good ride or would it need mods, any issues with leaks? What about the slide? Looking for as much info as I can get, please.
I do have some other brands in mind but I really like the Greyhawk 31FK floorplan.
Are there any owners out there that would share your thoughts?

Thanks so much

I can't offer any advice on the Greyhawk, but we have a 2014 Jayco White Hawk travel trailer that we really like. From a quality standpoint, we have had very few issues. You are correct in being leery of new units, unless you want to spend a LOT of time either pursuing warranty repairs or doing it yourself.

Hopefully someone will answer with knowledge on the Greyhawk. Welcome to the forum.

I don't have a problem with new units but some do. Every "camper" I've ever bought was new and I've been pretty happy with them. The only ones you hear about are the horror stories and they are far and few between. Most happy campers don't rant and rave on how good the unit is. I would have the coach checked out by a technician other than by the one selling the unit. If they will not allow that, don't buy it. It would be worth paying someone to look with experience for the known issues with a specific model or for signs of water damage, etc. As far a pricing, you can go to NADA.com and pull up the specific model and see what others are paying. Or, do a Google search on that model for sale and other like units will come up in search results. It's so difficult to validate a price without physically seeing the unit.

Hello I have a 2014 Jayco GRayhawk 31FK everything is going well for the last 2 years, with the exception of the AC Coleman Mach RV comfort HC the thermostat is not powering up and don't see how to reset it.
