Jayco dual tanks

How do you know when the dual diesel tanks are full? we have a 2018 Jayco Seneca 37RB and the fuel gauge said we were close to empty but we could only get 47 gallons in the 2 tanks that are to hold 74 gallons. Any ideas or suggestions? Should we contact Frieghtliner since it is an Freightliner M2 chassis? Thanks & please advise.

Do a search on that problem, I've seen complaints about the inaccuracy of the FL fuel gauges, and it may even be a FL warranty issue. But Jayco is helpful as well, and will help direct you once you pin down what the problem is (ie inaccurate gauge vs something else).
