I have a 2012 so the numbers might be different but here is what it all means
City Fixtures-when you are hooked up to a water source at the campground you put the valves in the position listed for City Fixtures
City fill-this is what you put it in when you are filling your on board water tank
Country Fill-you would use this if you want to put water in your tank but only have water in a bucket or water container, need to turn on your water pump and hook up a hose to the water in line and have it go into the container and it will pull the water from there into your on board tank
Normal-you use this when you want to use the water from your on board water tank, the pump must be turned on
Sanitize/Winterize Lines-Using the a hose and putting the end in a gallon jug of rv antifreeze and turn on the pump to fill all the lines in the coach with antifreeze, open each fixture until antifreeze comes out.
Sanitize Tank-Use a mild solution of bleach, put the hose in a container and turn on the pump and it will sanitize your system
Each thing above corrisponds to a number setting like 3-5 or 2-6. Remember, which ever switch you use to turn your pump on is the same one you have to shut off, for example, if you turn it on outside at the control center, you cannot turn it off from the bathroom, it can only be turned off where you turned it on. If you turn it on in the bathroom that is where you have to turn it off.
If you have a water filter and it does not have a drain on it you have to remove it and empty the water out.
If you have any more questions, post them here.
