Don't do the four day check-out! Go and do a full check-out before you plan to leave. Don't believe anyone regarding what they checked. Check everything yourself. Run all the appliances. Fill up all the water lines. Check the water heater and furnace, Use a checklist from a compilation of web sites. Take a DVD and make sure all the speakers work. Stay in it overnight to check the stove top, oven, and microwave, shower, toilet, and to see if there is any big stinky. Open every access and see if there are kinked lines or wires laying on hot things, like in the fridge and water heater. Do not take delivery on it until the things are fixed. Look at all the trim to see if it could be falling off. Yes any good dealer has a full hook-up to do this. In the morning check under for leaks. This effort will be the difference in getting something you are enjoying, versus 18 months of problems. Good luck.
