Latch problem

I have a 2016 Greyhawk 29mv, and the outside rear compartment latches are stuck... Especially the rear passenger side compartment.....
I brought it in to the place I bought the RV and they could not get it open...

As of now I am waiting for replacement latches... They ordered the latches over a week ago, still no word... I am assuming since its warranty work they are not in a rush...

The guy working on getting the latch opened called it junk, I tend to agree...

when the latch does come it, they will have to drill out the old latch, just to replace the new one... I am hoping to have no damage to the door...

Anyone else have this problem? anyone have any ideas?

Kept ours lubricated with lock graphite, seemed to work well. But, it sounds like your problem is more serious than that. When the budget permits, I'm going to get the kit that replace the main door lock and all of the hatch locks with a high quality lock set the uses the same key for everything.

You can get a set from them so that the door lock and the hatch locks all use the same key...
