Location of auto leveling pump assembly.

Hello all. I have a 2018 Jayco Greyhawk 30X. When last trying to level it I had no power to the control panel. Contacted LCI to get help troubleshooting and they quickly respond with a few things to check out. I have verified that they is no power going to the control panel so they told me to check the in line fuse at the pump assembly and if good to check fuse at control box. All sounds good but I have no idea where these to parts are and what they look like. Can anyone give me a helping hand? Headed to Florida soon and have to get this in order first.

Thanks in advance for all of your help and have a great day!!!!

Did you look under the RV on the drivers side? Look to see where all the hydraulic hoses from the levelling jacks go?

Had the same issue on same model and the ground wire had broke at connection on the pump.

Found the pump and found the same problem. Jayco had left way to much loose cable flopping around. Connection is now fixed and hope I have secured it a little better than they. I trusted Jayco for my new motor home purchase and have been nothing but disappointed.

The weld on the steel plate which holds the hydraulic pump was weak and broke, resulting in my pump hanging and suspended inches off the roadway by the hoses and electrical wires!

I had to hire an on-site welder to fabricate and weld the support for putting the hydraulic back in place.

If the pump had hit the road, I'd had a serious situation and very costly travesty on my hands not to mention stranded. I was very fortunate to catch the issue before it got worst.

This was a direct result of poor workmanship.
