Low voltage issue HELP!

I unhitched my Jayco Eagle fifth wheel and attempted to level using just the battery power. I got a reading of low-voltage, so I hooked it up to shore power and the low-voltage issue persisted. The rig seemed fairly level so I put the slides out and they went out extremely slowly, and would not go all the way out and now I cannot get them back in.

Still hooked up to shore power. I checked the voltage coming off the outlets inside the RV and it’s reading 116 V. I was told when I tried to put the large slide in , One side of the slide started to go in and the other didn’t. I don’t know what to do! Can anyone help?

YOU have 12V DC issues..........battery voltage is low
Need to charge battery----which should have been done while driving
SO......
Sounds like in line fuse on Battery POS Cable is blown (close to battery in basement compartment)
Might be bad ground ---check Battery NEG cable

***Slides & Front landing gear are powered directly from battery.
Low battery voltage and neither will work
Battery not charging via Umbilical Cord from truck or via converter when plugged into shore.
In line fuse Battery Cable

what was the dc voltage at the battery terminals? sounds like you have a dead battery. but it also sounds as if your converter is not providing 12 volt dc power. when plugged into shore power the converter should provide 12 volt dc power. verify that the converter is working. check a/c circuit breaker, check reverse polarity fuses. check dc voltage at battery with and without being connected to shore power. you could possibly connect the trailer tow power cable back up to the tow vehicle and you might get some power to help operate the slides. or use auto jumper cables between the tow vehicle battery and the trailer battery. this might provide more power to get the slides in / out. leave the two vehicle running while you do this.

Check your connections on the electronic leveling module. It works on my Jaco. I have a connection that comes lose on rough roads.
