Megaslide Problem

Hi All -- I am a new kid on the block here - Thanks to "laslider" I have joined up. I have a problem with my 2011 Jayco Eagle 5th wheel with the megaslide. Model #321 RLMS. The mega slide is extended and it will not retract. I have spent the last 5 days following the advice of many helpful folks including the dealer I bought the unit from. After much unsuccessful trial and error - my current status is --- The megaslide is controlled by 3 electric which activates a gear mechanism on 6 tracks (2 for each motor). The theory is that if the motors are disconnected the megaslide can be moved in and maybe even out. However, with the left side of the vehicle elevated on ramps to provide a gravity assist the slide will not budge. Anyone that can provide me with ideas to get the slide retracted will be greatly appreciated -- then I can get the 5th wheel home and the dealer (1200 miles away right now) can repair properly. Thanks in advance for all helpful advice.
