Mold

Here is the issue. Just before coming back from a 2 month holiday in Florida last spring, i went on the our 2017 starcraft are one maxx 25rls fw to clean the roof and realized a 3' x 3' section of the roof was rotten. I just opened up the roof to find mold growing underneath the membrane and the aspenite was completely rotten. This is right in front of the washroom exaust fan which i have a maxair over it. There was to tear on the roof, so i presume this is due to condensation. Any ideas?

Maybe there was a leak from the outside seal around the vent. I guess replace with plywood and glue on new rubber. Would replace the vent fan with one that moves more air. I don’t think there would be that much condensation and rot in just a few months. May have been leaking new. We run bathroom vent fan, open another window in coach to bring in fresh air, and wipe water out of shower after use. It also helps to dry towels in another room.
Just another small bump in the road

Couldn't find any evidence of leak but will replace bathfan with larger fantastic fan to remove as much humidity as possible
