Ordered 2018 Greyhawk 31DS

After six years of full timing in our diesel class A, we decided to downsize to a class C. I spent a lot of time reading all the great information on this forum and we finally made the decision to order a Greyhawk 31DS. We will be picking it up in Indiana next month, then spending a few months traveling on our way back to the Northwest. Thank you for all the great information!!

Since you are picking your new rig up in Indiana, do you know if you can spend a few days at the factory getting used to the new rig before you leave? Just to know how to work everything and to make sure everything works properly before you head back out. We are going to be getting a Greyhawk early next year and that is what I want to do too.

Welcome to the family! We had two different class A motorhomes of another brand for many years before our C. It meets our needs at this time.

Don't forget to check out more Jayco forums at www.jaycoowners.com.

Happy Trails!

How was your experience with them and have you needed to go back for any warranty work? I have looked at this dealership to purchase an rv but have read mixed reviews but older.

We pick it up this Friday. I bought one from them about 7 years ago, no problems then. They are owned by Richardsonís RV in Southern California. I can always go there for warranty.

Update: my wife and I picked up or new 2018 Greyhawk yesterday at Indiana RV connection. We had purchased an RV from them 6 years ago and at that time the transaction went great, yesterday was excellent also. We traveled from the west coast to pick it up. The RV was ready to go, Randy the tech is fantastic! He is very meticulous and it shows. In my personal experiences, I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

FYI if in the Chicago area, I would recommend Rick's RV in Joliet. We purchased 2 RVs from them and great dealership. They are a Jayco exclusive dealer and well worth driving the extra mile to visit.
