We have had our 31ul for about 1.5 years and still love it. For whatever reason, we did not have to add a front stabiizer. Of course, there could be a number of reasons why. 1) I drove a similar size Thor motorhome and it was a really bad experience, so the 31ul seems like a dream to drive. 2) I drove my Dad's school bus when a teenager in college as a substitute drive if he was sick. Anything beats a school bus. 3) We could have simply been lucky on our factory build. 4) Most of all, I firmly believe that the quality of RV experience for all of us owners is built on how good your RV dealer's service and support are. The latter, for us, is a family owned single location dealer and their service manager has been with them over 40 years. These folks are the best I could hope for. Every issue has been addressed with integrity and they deliver on more than promises. I hope things go well for you. If you feel you need a stablilizer,...well...you probably do (no sarcasm intended...just want you to enjoy the vehicle).

We have a 35un and love it. Handles well, good floor plan for us, and no major issues yet.
