Slide out damaging floor

We just bought this from a dealer last week and I didn't notice this. The 90 day warranty is only on the slide motors, refrigerator etc. We have just set it up in the driveway. I don't really know if it was there or if it happened after we got it home. Either way I didn't buy the extended warranty so i need to figure out what to do at this point. i can obviously start just adjusting on the thing but it seems like there's surely a procedure. I was also considering getting the lippert carpet protectors 134993 but i don't know if they work on vinyl. Thank you for your help.

Welcome to iRV2.

Sorry you here with problems .
I took about three looks at the pictures before I realized exactly what I was looking at .
I now realize that the first picture , is a close up of the scratches on the bars in the second picture ; and that by the look of things the table support cone was mounted to the floor using screws that were too long; judging by the 5 wear spots visible in the, first picture taken underneath.
I'm pretty sure that slide adjustment won't fix this.
Can you feel anything by pushing up at the five wear points?
If you can; I'd remove the screws holding the table cone to the floor , and either find screws 3/8" shorter , or if you have a bench grinder , grind them down , and re-install . Use a very fine sand paper and buff the scratches out of the plate , then operate the slide to see if they reappear .
