Slide Rollers 36KSO

I have a 2001 36 foot KSO(Kitchen Slide) and need help on how to get access to the rollers undeneath the kitchen and sofa.

I have thin black slide marks on the kitchen tile and need to find out if the roller or rollers are actually rolling and not frozen with dirt.

Thanks for your help!

We have a 40' TS Envoy.
The kitchen/sofa slide gouged the tile, I put the slide about halfway out and used a couple wood wedges to lift the slide enough to look at the roller, it was fine, rolled and looked OK, couldn't find anything wrong.
I called the guys at Precision Painting in Bremen and they think the weight on the slide is the problem, they suggested I get a piece of Plexiglas, bevel one end and run the slide in up on it.
I got some Plexiglas about 8" wide by 24" long, put a strip of that waffle looking rubber no slide stuff we all use to keep things from sliding all over our RV's under the Plexiglas and it works great.
Wasn't the "fix" i was hoping for but it worked and the price was right.

We have a 2000 KSTSO with two refrigerators in the slide. From the getgo we have used some form of floor protection under the rollers. The latest version is a office chair floor protector purchased at office max. I cut it into strips and place them at the roller locations. It has beveled edges for the rollers to roll up on. Purchase the one that is smmot on the under side. By the way we have oak wood floring with no marks.
