solar power for Precept

We'v had our 29 UL Precept 2015 model for 2 years come August. I'd like to know anyone else out there with a precept, who have installed solar panels on there roof. Please inform me as to all the details of there installation. OEM batteries came with MH only lasted a few months. I updated from 2 batteries to 4 Trojan golf cart units ( T 125's ). I'am knowledgeable to install everything my self. Just want to know how some else managed there project on the ( Precept ). Have seen done on many other MH's. I love to learn from others mistakes. Seems to be many Precepts out there, please inform as to what you did for solar power and other equipment installed.

Hopefully those Precept owners with optimally performing systems will assist.
Until then continue to read voraciously on any & all mobile solar as the principals apply.
Do your personal energy audit and determine what your actual needs and expectations are really going to be. Everyone's are different.

These folks among many others have a lot of un-biased experience in using the technology and avoiding PC BS.

Thank you for replying MtnTrek. I know all about bob's blog, he is the best knowledgeable person on the net for solar power ! I'am just interested in what others have done, specifically on the Jayco Precept. I've scoped out many other rigs with solar and there installations / equipment. They've all done a great job, and enjoyed all the articles. So far I haven't seen any article of solar power done on a Jayco Precept. If no one comes forward about there Precept solar power install, then I suppose I may have to be the first to do so. But right now I'am not ready to start on MH. Thank you all.
