Taking delivery of 2019 Redhawk 26XD

New to Rving in motorhome. Due to pick up RV early next week. Hydraulic jacks not included but prep is there for them? Wondering if this is needed on 28'8" coach?

We ordered our 2019 26xd with the levelers installed. After years of fighting with leveling boards and cranking stabilizers up and down, especially in the rain, wind and heat, I can say I love them. Well worth the price IMO.

Hydraulic Jacks

Mike & Diane,

Curious if you remember the cost for the jacks? Does the "pre" setup that comes in the coach already really offer much savings? Better to do before delivery or after market?

I think the MSRP option was listed about $5000. But we negotiated the total price with the jacks included so I can't tell what the Jack cost was. We paid 75 percent of the MSRP for the whole deal.

I think the prep package means your motorhome will come with the four jack mounting brackets welded to to the frame. I am not sure about the pump/motor mount bracket.

You might discuss installation options with your dealer. The factory installation on ours is not done as well as I would have expected. Wiring and hydraulic line routing and installation kind of sloppy in my opinion.
