Question Why don't I see used Jayco MH for sale

It seems that it is hard to find dealers of JayCo but what I find more curious is that I don't find many used JayCo especially Class A or Cs. I would like to find a slightly used Motor Home.

I like the JayRide do you all find that helpful? Do you need to add to it or is it fully fictional as is?

Jayco gives you a lot of bang for the buck. We are extremely happy with our 35UN. Good luck in your search!

Try rv trader, there are some to be found. I also think the Precept is only a few years old, someone may chime in and correct me if I'm wrong.

For what it's worth we love ours.

Precepts and Redhawks

We bought a 31uL may 2016. There is a good size dealer of Jayco which has a pretty good deal on certain models of their new inventory which is hard to beat. Like previously posted you do get a LOT of bang for your buck. I look at various class A MH when we are out and compare features that are easily seen. Living in FL and camping alot here the standard second AC unit in the precept is huge. Some other things outdoor LED and Stereo, BluRay player in coach connected to all 3 standard TV (50in living room, 32 led bedroom, 40in led outdoor). Power awning led lighting on it, not sure i have seen a 31-32 ft coach with as much storage as we have in basement, tankless water heater ( which after learning a few things about it I LIKE alot). Inside the interior always gets compliments from anyone visiting. All windows are frameless which is thenice for no black stains on exterior, and has double roller shades ( day and night shades).

BTW I'm not a dealer lol but happy with our coach.

Not sure if i can post the jayco dealer name or not but they are located in Tampa Orlando Albany NY & Buffalo Ny. Google jayco dealer that area you can see their specials.

I will have to take a look at them. Have you had any problem and how was the dealer and warranty.

Have you done any boondocking in Fla? Thanks again, John

Overall we have been happy. The dealer is pretty good i think like any dealer some people have good results while others may not. Our sales person was good and the service people are helpful and friendly. Warranty wise we had a few issues when we first got the coach and were handled quickly. The issues were not major items. This is our first RV and feel fortunate we picked what we did. Good luck

Found our 35S in FL

We got our 2016 at a big RV dealer in Ft Myers FL, but as big as they are, they had only 2 JAYCOs. That was fine as one only wanted one😃. Warranty work is OK unless you have to wait on parts. Lesson learned - DO NOT sit on the toilet seat lid it will crack. And the shower doors (3 panel) are one of life's mysteries.

New Jayco

We just got our Jayco Greyhawk 26Y in March, took a local camping trip in it and it performed well. Had a little leak behind the on demand water heater. Dealer fixed it, no problems. Now I have a problem with the water heater, unable to get the temp over 80 degrees. Called Girard, they are local here in SoCal. He helped me get it working. Now its doing it again. Hate to take to the dealer. Takes forever to get in.

The unit is very well made and rides well for its size. I love the layout. Shower is a little small but workable.

Dealer gave us a great price and a 2 year warranty is super.

When we purchased our Seneca the salesman told us that every salesman at the dealership has a waiting list of potential buyers for Jayco Motorhomes.

The Alante line is worth a look too. Less expensive than the similarly sized Precept but with most of the features. Unfortunately, used ones are even harder to find than the Precepts since the Alante's started with the 2016 production year.
