01 Diplomat headlights are Ford E-250 ?

Seems strange, shop that is doing repairs said my headlights are Ford E-250 Econovan lights and turn signals. Seems strange. He is recommending Halo lights that are strange looking very bright lights. Anyone done this mod?

Not sure if I posted in the correct form for mods. If not, sorry;-)

Welcome to iRV2.
Personally , I can't think of a better place to post this question, but I've been wrong before.
Many coach lights are adapted from automotive , mine are early 80s F-150. and if I drove more at night, I'd be looking to up-grade.

I bought new headlight fixtures on eBay a few months ago. I did not put them it yet as it looks like a pretty hard job. There are screws in the back that are very hard to get to.
I put a brighter bulb in until I have a chance to change them.
I you want I can try and see where I got them.

Replaced driver and passenger headlights in Nov. Ordered from Amazon TYC 20-3075-00 driver side, 20-3074-00 passenger sided cost about $28.00 each very please with fit did take some time to replace lights best if you had a second set hands to help. I also replaced the bulb with Sylvania Silverstar Ultra 9007 purchased from Walmart
By changing headlight and bulb has made night driving much clearer
