Cool 02 Diplomat 36'-leveling jack problem

As stated we have a problem with our tripod levelling jacks. I have downloaded the wiring and trouble shooting info but our problem doesn't make sense. When I press the power on button to the centre position there is no indicator light. When I push it further to the "All Jacks Raise" position the yellow light comes on. Am I to consider there is power to the controller because the yellow light comes on? I've checked all fuses in the bay under driver and no fuses show fault with multi meter. Any help would be appreciated.

Try turning the main power switches off in the battery compartment off and then turn them back on again. I had the same problem and did this and it was like magic. The jacks worked.
