I need to remove my side mounted hydraulic cooler so I can have it repaired but I do not have an exploded view of how it is mounted. It appears to be mounted to the bottom of the radiator and I see lots of bolts but would like to remove it in an orderly fashion!

Anyone every removed one or have an exploded view of the side mounted radiator system on a Roadmaster tag axle chassis?

Coach is a 2003 Monaco Dynasty Countess 42' with Cummins 400.

I removed the hydraulic cooler and it was rather easy after I figured out how it was bolted in. It may be possible to repair this one but I would rather find a used one or may have to go with a new one. I will be contacting Monaco in the morning to see what a new one goes for.

In the meantime, anyone know a good source for used Monaco parts?

Yes it was a easy job on the 2000 Dyn also, I removed it to be able to drop the CAC down for a core replacement, I dont think I would want to go to Monaco for the cooler if I could help it their prices are out there. Try these folks
Setrab Oil Coolers
Also Modine Manufacturing at 262-636-1628 or 262-636-1200 is shown the mfg for the 07 Sig and the Monaco part # X7028 and the Modine part # 3S55289 or 14688, you could check against your measurements.
Also check with Northwest RV supply.

I was able to have the oil cooler repaired and I reinstalled it on the MH today. Everything is working good and no leaks!! However, I noticed that the rear hose seems to be extremely close to the ground and am a little concerned about it. It is higher than the pan guard on the cummins but just seems low. I didn't notice it when I took the tank off because that end was damaged! If any of you have a 42' dynasty will you take a few minutes and measure the distance from the lower portion of the hose to the ground. This is the one that is attached to the very rear of the oil cooler and has a 90 degree hose fitting on it.
