Looking to see if anyone has this unit, we are thinking about purchasing one and are wondering if there is anything that we shoulds look for before we would buy it. Is this a solid unit. Thanks in advance for the information. Ron and Patti

I've linked your post down into the Monaco forum where it will hopefully solicit some input from the HR owners.

I'm not sure the model number Presidential fifth wheel you are referrring to, but we have a 2001 Presidential 30 SCD. We purchased new and have been more than happy with the unit. We did a ton of looking/comparing(about 3 years worth) before making the final decision. My requirements were name recognition and quality workmanship. We took a tour of the factory and noticed a lot of happy employees which I interpreted as builders of a good product. If I were to make another purchase I would put the Presidential at the top of a short list without reservation.
