I have a friend who wants to sell me his 03 Monaco Camelot 38 PST with 45,000 on it. It is in excellant condition with all options except hose reel. It has new tires and he has full service records.

I don't want to offend him but this is business and I sure don't want to pay more than it's worth. I've looked at NADA but I'm not convinced that they are correct considering the current economy of the RV market.

What would be a fair price to offer?
