Hi,

While I'll be checking with SMI directly I'm hoping for some feedback from actual users.

We have the stay n play system and have just upgraded our dingy. I was hoping to switch to the
M & G brake system but it looks like that may not work due to lack of space in the master cylinder area. Still checking on that.

Has anyone installed the stay n play in a Vue? I'll be checking but it looks a little tight under the front seats however it may be able to sit on the floor there or alternately on the cargo compartment floor. This would be similar to the last install in that I had it in the trunk.
Any other ideas or issues you are aware of?

I am concerned that there will be enough space on the brake pedal for the cylinder.

Also given the length of the coach will the coach receive the signal from the dingy when the brakes are activated or if a breakaway??

Any info you can share would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dave

Hi Dave -

May I suggest you give Peter at SMI a call. I bet he can answer your questions.

I met with him at a recent rally, and believe him to be a real straight-shooter. If he says it'll work, I'd take him at his word. We spent a lot of time discussing their new AirForce I system and how I installed mine, and got the feeling he really wanted to see things work right and not just make another sale.

HTH,
Ron

You are right. I heard from Peter on the Air Force One. Sounds very good and I am pursuing it further.

Thanks Ron for this and your other responses.
