would anyone have info as to where the solar panel charge controller is located. this is an all electric coach with all monitoring done by the see vison system. monaco tech support said it was located behind panel on ceiling of rear pass through bay on drivers side, but could not locate it there.

Mine (same year as yours) is w/i a black box that is in the battery-bay compartment. The panel lifts off with a decisive pull of the tabs found left and right. The black box is about 14" wide by 10" high. Brand of my solar charger: Morningstar Sun Saver. FYI, there is another thread active in which this topic is discussed.

In my 2004 Signature which is very close to yours my solar box in located in that same through storage bay but on the curb side. Mine is not a Morning Star but some other make. I am going over to the MH today and will make sure I have a more exact location.

I don't know if you might have your controller like the one in my Windsor. It is located in the bedroom behind the TV. I had to remove the TV to get to it. One other '04 Windsor owner I know of had his controller located in the space at the rear above the washer-dryer. Two of us '04 Windsor owners have the heliotope Solar Controller. In several of ours the controller was wired wrong and we were not get the right power to the batteries. IOf you find the controller you may want to see if you can get the manual and check on the wiring. I realize the Navigator is up the food chain from the Windsor but Monaco has been known to not be consistant with the placement of items. Hope this helps.
