05 Navigator tail lights

I have searched high and low for replacement lens for my tail lights.

I have used the sae numbers to trace it down to a Hella trailer light 4169.

Does anyone know where to buy just the lens?
The full light is anywhere from $25 to $60 depending on where you look.

The brilliant version is
Yellow 2BA 964 169-507
Red 2SB 964 169-537
