06 Executive Light Switch buttons stays lit

I have an 06 Executive and have a problem with my interior light switch panels staying lit. Also, the round yellow light on each switch (indicating the switch is on) is on. I've try disconnecting 12v and 120v power for 30 minutes to no avail. I tried removing the fuze to the CPU in the bedroom closet for 5 minutes to reset computer to no avail. I also check all the fuzes I could find (outside fuze panel in front of front driver wheel and inside in the bedroom closet). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks,

AUExec

Hello AuExec, I have an '06 Windsor with the same multiplex switch system (I believe). In the bathroom and master bedroom I have a particular switch that says 'background lighting'. This switch keeps the background lit on all the switches in the coach. It drives me nuts because of how bright the background lighting is. This was the problem for me in my coach and I hope it solves your problem as well.
Best wishes
Kent
p.s. Is Au for gold, if so, your doing very well these days as is your cousin Ag. LOL

thanks. I have a master on and off switch in the bedroom. It just turns all lights on or off. I have not noticed a backlight switch but will look again. I just tried unplugging all main fuzes feeding the multiplex CPU and disconnected all plugs to multiplex modules and plugged back in and then put fuzes back in. It now seems to work (background lights are now off). Not sure how long this will last.

AU stands for Auburn University.

Again thanks.

My 06 Executive has the master switch in the master bed and it controls the background lighting on all the switches, not the actual light. It is labeled MASTER OFF.
