'08 Diplomat 40 SKQ Fireplace

Just need a clarification. We're looking at this unit and the salesman insists the fireplace is 12 volts. I asked again and he still says 12 volts. I have to believe it is 120 volts.
Anybody have any input - not just about the fireplace but in general about this coach?
Thanks
Ron

The manual (page 94) on the Monaco web site says it operates on 120VAC.

IF it also provides heat then it has to be 120VAC (or 12VDC and propane, which I highly doubt). The fames are just lights so they could be 12VDC or 120VAC.

Thank You all. I figured it had to be 110

I have the 08 Endeavor with fireplace. It is 110 volt. The fan in our bedroom is 12 volt.
