09 Camelot Wiper not working

My 2009 Camelot Windshield Wiper has decided not to function. The spritzer still works, but the motor doesn't. There is possibly an issue with the VIP Smart Wheel controller, but the dog gone thing is buried in the console in such a manner that its really hard to access. I have looked through every schematic on the 09 CD and nothing seems to address the VIP Smart Wheel or how it is connected to anything. Does anyone have a schematic that shows that section?

I am ready to add a switch or something to get my wipers working. The wiper motor Has a ground, a 12VDC, a Hi, a Lo, and a Park connection. When I look at the signals coming too the motor, the ground and 12VDC are there, but the Hi and Lo don't seem to do anything. There MAY be a non-zero voltage pulse on the Lo signal line, but my digital VOM just spins its wheels trying to range in on the voltage pulse, but its gone before it can stabilize.

Does the motor just want a 12V source on the Hi or Lo line to make it run?

Stranded in Annapolis for now....

I just had a similar problem with my horn on my 2006 Diplomat. Turned out to be a bad connection in the steering wheel. I was able to track it down by watching the LED on the smart wheel controller. I also downloaded the smart wheel data sheet from their website. Www.vipwheel .com. Keep looking for the controller and find the LED view port. Normally green until you operate the various switches. You will at least know if the problem is in the steering wheel or downstream.
