I have searched the site and found old treads that discuss the same problem. " 12 volt system is dead" the discussions talk about the salesmen swithch and solonoid. The problem is I do not know where my solonoid is located.

I have a 1998 Monaco Winsor 36ft Puser

Help

Open the compartment under the driver's window. If there is a big box in there with fuses in it, that is where the solenoid is located. If not there, then you will have to wait on a 98 Windsor owner to respond.

It may help, the relay is big about 4 inchs tall and bell or cylinder shaped. There should be a thick red battery type cable attached on one side and another one going out the other sid. The switch and relay can be bypassed by disconnecting the two red cables from either side of the relay and bolting them together. This will get you by until you can get a new relay. This relay is a high failure item.

This is what mine looks like except it was in the bottom center rather than the corner like the one pictured. Just bypass it.

Do you know where you battery cut off switch is operate it a few times off & on and see if you get your 12v system back. You can have some one in the locations mentioned listening for it clicking could be on your fire wall also in front of coach.
