12V house distribution panel location?

Just had the "living area" 12V lights go out in our 2008 Endeavor 40PDQ. I suspect a fuse but can't find the panel. The manual says it is in a bedroom closet or cabinet but blind me can't find it.

Any ideas where I look?

TIA

The fuse, F5, is good but the lights in both living area slide rooms are out. Any idea where to look for the problem? I don't have any diagrams to look at.

TIA.

My Endeavor is much older (1997) so my wiring diagram won't be much help. Are the lights on a wall switch, individual integral switches, or both?

My lights (single long slide with 2 wall lamps with individual switches) are on a 15a fuse labeled "Slide Out Lights".

I have 3 switches in the road side slide room and a single light, all are out. On t he curb side the lights in the slide room over the couch are controlled by a switch and they are out as well as the step well lights and copilot map light.

Larry, you can call Monaco Parts/Tech Support: 877-466-6226 and they may be able to help. You can also ask them to send you a CD with all the schematics for your coach.

If that fails, I have the schematics for the 08 Diplomat which should be the same. If you let me know at rbdtanasi@gmail I will send you a copy on CD. I will need your mailing address for snail mail.

Rex, Thanks I will give them a call tomorrow. I also have a note in to the Tech that reviewed the coach with us at Alliance Coach when we bought it a couple of week ago, hopefully he can help.

Based on the owners manual I think the fuse is F5 but it looks good. Tomorrow I will find my multimeter and check all the fuses.

In any event having the wiring diagrams will be a big help.

Thanks again,

Larry

No, because I think that would control more than just the front two slide room lights. Also some of the slide room lights were being used and then went out when I went to turn on another light.

Swap the fuse with another for a quick test.

I don`t usually recommend this fix, because most will say it could not possibly have any effect on the12v system -- But try it anyway -- If you`re using alot of 110 appliances at one time, turn one or two off, & see if the 12v system goes back to normal -- Sometimes you can turn the salesman switch off for awhile, & the multiplex will reset -- I speak from experience -- Bill Willard

Try squeezing the terminals tighter where the fuse presses in. I just fought with a fuse problem on mine for 3 weeks before I used a pair of needle nose to tighten up the fuse socket for my furnace/AC units. Ten seconds and no money involved.

Bill, only the TV, some rope lights, a few led Christmas lights are on. Also if only the two front slide room lights, step well and copilot map light don't work how will the multiplex resetting have an effect on only those lights?

Do any of your 12 volt lights work, do the ceiling vent fans work? If not, you may have lost the relay for the salesman switch. Also, your coach doesn't have a multiplex system, yours is just like mine.

I'll send the schematics in a little bit, gotta do it from a different PC.
