Wonderful coach Sharon! We love ours and have had very few problems. Most of mine were self-inflicted. Obviously look at the condition and manufacture dates on the tires, check for any leaking shocks, and if you have time, let it sit on the bags for a couple of days to see how much leak down you get. Our AC has only just now required a R134 infusion, so that's pretty good. Operate every system on the coach, jacks, fridge on gas and electric, generator with full load for at least a half hour, etc etc. We had a roof leak around the sat dish and another at the fridge vent. No biggie, but the stains drove me nuts until I got them eradicated.
Sure would be nice to have a maintenance history too, but if the price is right and it drives good ..... go for it! If you have anything specific I can look at or fuss about, let me know.
