1999 Monaco executive

So I'm flying out to final inspect/pickup a 99 40' executive w/m-11 power plant. The unit has no slides and right at 90000 miles. All the leather has been recovered and the unit has 2012 tires. It has lived most of its life in Arizona so it has a little clear coat checking on the dark colors of the paint. Just wondering if any of you may have had personal experience with these units- so as to lend insight with any things in particular to look for

I don't think the checking in the dark paint will be the clear coat. I have the same issue. The checking is in the wall sheeting itself underneath the paint, cracking through the paint and the clear coat.

From my personal experience, it is not repairable, unless you are prepared to remove the wall panels and replace with new.

I don't think you want that expense on a 1999 coach.
