I've played with my 40' 99 Windsor a few times to get it like it should be. My slide rocked as it extended and not all rollers had even contact. The procedure is to park level on suspension. Put slide part way out and adjust rollers so that slideout is centered in opening and level with all rollers touching the surfaces. As I remember there are four rollers. One under drawers on far left, one under carpet covered board below sink, one left side of couch and one right side of couch. The front one or two are adjusted from below, I think. There is a plastic cover to remove in front wheel well for the front one. There was some talk that some rollers came from the factory without locking tabs on adjusting nuts and eventually worked loose. If you have that situation locktite may help.

Make sure the hydraulics are working correctly as well as the rollers. I would guess if nothing is jamming the slide movement the bottom should always seat since the rams operate along the bottom. I'd do a through inspection and check fluid level. I have heard of bolts shearing where rams attach. You might post your situation on Monacoers Yahoo group to get more info before adjusting rollers.
