With 350 Cummins side radiator. The lower cooling pipe is pitted and I would like to replace it with stainless. The worst part is a straight section that could be replaced. The whole pipe has a couple of angles and a "T" for the resivoir. I have plans to take it off and see if a local exhaust shop would make one. Monaco tech says they don't stock things like that. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I am having mine done right now along with a new radiator. There is a company in PA that will bend the pipes in stainless and install all fittings. I have shipped them out but haven't got them back yet.

Do you have the company name? Any ideas on cost and turnaround time?

I am having all the steel lines replaced 2 upper lines and the lower one, along with new silicone hoses. It is at a independent truck repair shop now. He has sent them out and told me there is about a 2 week turnaround, and will cost about $300 to $400 for the parts, PLUS labor, fluids, filter and radiator recore. I am sure a few thousand when all said and done. I will ask him the name of the shop next time I talk with him.

Thank you! 300 to 400 for the tubes sounds reasonable, I hope to do the labor myself, of course laying in the snow and draining the coolant doesn't sound very appealing.

I have the engineering drawings for the four pipes from Monaco. They quoted me a lead time of 4 weeks and just under 400.00 for the pipe I need. If anyone wants them PM me an I'll send them to you.
