I looked at my '03 Endeavor. All the fuses for tail lights, etc. are in the front left compartment panels. Nothing labeled for trailer plug. I would go low tech and start with trailer plug. They are never sealed well and often corrode and fail. If plug internal connections are good, follow the wires checking any connections. My first motorhome had no trailer plug and dealer installed plugs for MH and toad. My HR I bought used with plug installed so don't know if it came from factory or not. Generally, you wire trailer plugs to tow vehicle tail lights, turn signals, etc. If you tow a trailer or vehicle without amber turn signals you need an additional gizmo to keep everything working.
