I've got the same coach, and replaced my 12 cubic foot NotCold with a 23 cubic foot Frigidaire in the same spot. Hard to imagine, but that NotCold is actually about 50% heavier than the Frigidaire.
As I recall, there is NOT a wheel there, but offset and directly under the stove / at the closest edge of the cabinet. Mine has a drawer that may or may not be factory, and once that is removed the adjustment nuts for the wheel are visible.
IIRC There is another wheel under the drawers right by the rear end of that slide. Pull the bottom drawer and you will find that one too. The wheels ARE supposed to contact the floor, if the slide itself is hitting the tiles, then something has changed in your coach or someone built the floor up too much. When mine comes in, there is about a 2" gap under the fridge section of the slide.
